very cute, but in the middle of building the set, I ended up being 1 short of one of the pieces (some hollowed out silver block for the refrigerator?). really disappointed as i was excited to finish this but now idk if I can if im missing this important piece :/

With 722 pieces, this cute Takoyaki Shop can be made in about 3 hours. Between Nano bricks and regular bricks, these take up no space and are very entertaining.
Plenty of duplicate spare parts.
Like all Loz building blocks, the are exceptionally adorable and well designed.
While the bags are not sorted by step, the separation of the bags is somewhat helpful so it's useful to not mix them even if you notice they are not sorted by steps.
I would recommend sorting the small 1x1 round pieces into a pile as there are 3 very similar colours and this will save you the confusion.

I was planning on giving this as a gift but may have to keep it for myself now because the box arrived tattered and opened. Some of the damage may have been caused by the delivery guy throwing the package onto my porch. Good thing the contents weren't breakable. The box arrived with a dented corner and the adhesive seal closure was completely cut open. Since it wasn't sealed securely I was afraid some of the contents might be missing but it appears everything is accounted for.
